Am I Eligible To Become A Mentor?
Well! We do have a checklist for your self-assessment. Take the test and if you tick all the boxes or at least 4 of them, you’re eligible to become a mentor on our platform.
Your experience matters the most. If you’ve relevant industry experience of 3 years or more, you’re most welcome to join our Mentor’s program.
As a mentor, you’re expected to exhibit empathy throughout your mentorship journey. Your mentees come from different walks of life and have different personalities. To support them and their dreams, you need to have an open, empathetic and non-judgemental attitude.
Your ability to identify problems and see out of box solutions can make you the game-changer in our program. As a mentor, you’ll be expected to
Suppose you’ve got prior experience in mentorship or have a leading mid-level job role and knows the 3A’s of mentorship (active listening, availability, and analysis). In that case, it’ll be a bonus for you, and you can easily book your seat in our mentorship program.
