As a newcomer, I am lucky to have landed a role as an HR administrator in a reputable organization. However, I have been experiencing specific difficulties lately, causing me some mental distress. Additionally, my manager has expressed dissatisfaction with my performance, and despite my efforts, I need help pinpointing the root cause of these issues. I would greatly appreciate advice on resolving this confusion and improving my work to meet my manager’s expectations.
