    I need to improve in building habits. I want to build some good practices to help me reach my goals faster but I need to learn how to stick to them. Can anyone suggest ways to make good habits and stick to them?

    One of the best ways to build a good habit is to start with small, achievable goals. Set small, attainable goals for yourself to help build momentum and confidence. Once you achieve your smaller goals, you can gradually increase the difficulty level.

      Yes, starting is a must. Establish a routine that incorporates your new habit. Try to do the activity at the same time or on the same days each week so that it becomes a part of your regular schedule.
