Lately, I’ve been experiencing a sense of unease and discomfort. Work-related stress and strained family relations have affected my well-being, leaving me unhappy and lacking peace and serenity. Despite getting sufficient sleep, I feel drowsy throughout the day, negatively impacting my productivity at work. I’m confused, unsure of what steps to take to regain my focus and drive. I kindly request guidance on overcoming this sluggishness and effectively enhancing my work performance, allowing me to operate at total capacity.
