“Thank you for asking. I feel that an annual salary between 10-12 LPA is in line with the industry average, which in addition reflects my skills and experience level well. That being said, My rich background in client services specific to this industry can play a role in strengthening the organization. I am, however, flexible and open to hearing about the company’s compensation expectations for this position.”
Avoid doing these mistakes before telling about your salary expectations
Lack of knowledge:Not knowing what pay range you’d likely to get for a certain placement is as useless as getting into a college just because you want a graduate degree. Lack of knowledge or information about the pay range can result in getting a job that has more work and less pay. You might get the payment of your choice after a much longer time.
