I’ve heard people talking about red-flags that turn off them regarding the whole job process after the interview. What do you all think?

Yeah there are few red-flags I observed personally. A rush to hire you for the job itself is one of the red flags. Either given one or a few interviews and all of them walks in the park or “softballs” pitched to you. This infers they are desperate and either the previous person quit or was fired and the work backlog might be stacked against you.

Being ambiguous on salary, vacation time, perks, or promotion opportunities of any kind. When you get to the point where you ask what are you willing to offer as a salary? And they say to you well what do you want as a salary? They are answering a question with a question. Big red-flag.
