I am a recent graduate who has embarked on a career as an HR manager in a well-regarded company. I have been working in this role for four months now. Regrettably, I am facing some challenges when it comes to recruiting and hiring candidates. Although I genuinely enjoy engaging with people and establishing meaningful connections, I am experiencing an unexpected aversion to making phone calls.
