    Determining your target audience is the foremost thing to do if you are trying to grow your personal brand. Eg: if your goal is to reach HR’s and recruiters, you might start by creating or updating your LinkedIn profile. Why? Because 92 per cent of recruiters leverage social media to find high-quality candidates and, of those, 87 per cent use LinkedIn.

    You need to be specific with who you are trying to reach out to.

      Agree with you @Architshukla Finding out who your target audience are is a very crucial step. But, many people think that their audience will directly start engaging with them. That’s not how it works! People won’t engage with you until they find your content attractively curated for them and their needs.

    The best ways to get more attention is by starting a podcast or a LIVE session. Also, use google alerts to get a notification whenever your name pops up on the internet.
