I was wondering if I can get a hybrid job??? I currently work in a law firm but was wondering to switch to Legaltech as it seems to be making inroads into solving problems people most commonly face.

Most or all of the hard skills can be gained, that's not an issue. But you need to be a good team player..

Even IIT used to offer their courses, but I can't find them online anymore. .

IIM also offers some online courses with certifications - some of them would be of help for people willing to go for Hybrid Careers. I forgot the name of the courses, but will definitely search for them

Sarita, you need to be good at some of the core tech skills such as wireframing, algorithms and the like.. Most people in this industry I know possess some or the other tech skill..

The first thing I would advise you to do is to get certified in a Data Science course, almost all of the employers would ask for it…
