I’d like to add in one more suggestion: Do both if you can.

TikTok videos can easily be shared on Instagram.

Depending on what you are trying to achieve or sell with your brand I always suggest doing paid posts. It helps with expanding both awareness and grabbing followers you may have not reached before.

    • TikTok for quick results in awareness.
    • Instagram for brand building and conversions.

Really depends on what the goals of the brand are.

    I’d recommend Pexel.

Depression and social anxiety. Panic attack also. You’ll not be able to balance your professional and personal life.

    Agree with @narmatakallaa29

Here’s something many people find very surprising- most people are paying more attention to themselves, not you. You might feel anxious and might be concerned that you look nervous- but the person next to you might feel the same way about himself, or she might be looking at the time and wondering if she’ll catch her bus, or they might be thinking about what to cook for dinner! Find a public place and just sit and observe others- you might be surprised to realize how much people are not paying attention to the people around them. That might then help you realize that any fears you have about people observing you or judging you might be a little over the top- those people are wrapped up in their own thoughts and concerns.

In the short term, many people feel overwhelmed and not able to do their daily tasks and activities. In the long term, ongoing serious stress can also contribute to physical health problems- sometimes people develop cardiovascular problems, digestive troubles, ongoing anxiety or depression. When this happens, it definitely means someone should try and get professional help!

Stress can interfere with many things we try to do. Some people can be very anxious about being evaluated socially and therefore are reluctant to make small talk because they are concerned about how other people will perceive their comments. In those situations, try to focus on the other person and draw him or her out- once he or she is chatting, you may start to feel more comfortable too.

Awareness campaigns centre around entertaining the viewer of the content and subconsciously create a positive or desired link to the brand.

Humour is usually the best way to do that, but it is also tough to create and can be subjective. TikTok is helpful in that regard, as you can jump on what is popular and give it a branded twist.

A good example of that would be Ryanair’s TikTok account.

There’s pixabay and freepik too. You can get free photos here. @nirmalghosh399 Getty images do not allow people to get the images for free – you can download them but the copyright mark will be there.

According to an estimate by the World Health Organization (WHO), mental illness makes about 15% of the total disease conditions around the world. The same estimate also suggests that India has one of the largest populations affected by mental illness.

As a result, WHO has labelled India as the world’s ‘most depressing country’. Moreover, between 1990 to 2017, one in seven people from India have suffered from mental illness ranging from depression, anxiety to severe conditions such as schizophrenia, according to a study.

It is no exaggeration to suggest that the country is under a mental health epidemic. But people will still make it a taboo topic to talk about.

To add to this comment, if you relentlessly pepper the other person with questions, it will feel like an interrogation. At some point, you must share a bit about yourself. Do not provide one-word, closed responses; these cut the conversation short. Instead, embellish your responses with juicy tidbits of information. By providing multi-faceted responses, you can provide “hooks” for the other person to continue the conversation.
