For me, the best social media marketing tactics is “In the moment marketing”

We all know how social media can make anything so viral and trending while you’re asleep. And, the very next morning, people love to see more improvised versions of that one viral things.

    That’s when you dive in!

Follow the trend, mix it up with your business niche, post it!

People are gonna like it for sure!💯

    Hi @vihaan

Great to hear that! Flipkart recruitment process generally consists of three steps.

    1. Telephonic Interview.

    2. Assignment.

    3. Personal Interview

Since you have cleared the first two rounds you had got a better idea about what the organization demands from you. The most generic questions that can be asked are:

    1. How to increase conversion rate?

    2. How to build audience for X product?

    3. In a long run, what is your strategy to engage and retain users?

    4. What changes do you want to make in the current digital marketing strategy of the company?

Should have great strategies to approach the client and understanding the clients is important as well. Communication since lack of this means there would be a lot of confusion.

Ensure you’re promoting quality products that have a high demand while also offering products in different price ranges.

Being a good listener is the most crucial part of communication. You showcase your engagement in the conversation, confirming to the person that you have heard, and understood, them completely.

Your expected salary should be respective of your experience, the market rate of your job profile, the skills you bring in with you, and the workload you assume you would be having in the organization.

However, salary is always negotiable from both sides. The employer negotiates for a lower salary, while you negotiate for a higher one. What you get finally, depends on your negotiation skills.

    banana-2 0

    Hi @Tripod.Guy

The charges for content writing highly depend on your experience. Because experience brings perfection. And that is why the businesses or clients prefer paying high rates to experienced writers over the new ones.

I would suggest you should develop your online portfolio at first, and then you can carry out some small projects to build a strong portfolio.

@mayaamble One of these tricky questions, which no one expect an amazon interviewer to ask is : “<strong style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;”>Do you know our CEO? How do you pronounce his name?”

Tip: It is “Bay-zohs,” not “Bee-zos”.

@vihaan Not wholly. But partially yes, recruiters do look through your academics and extra curricular activities to know more about your personality. However, learning some of the in-demand skills can be very helpful in getting you your desired job.
